Return and Refund Policy
In STORE RETURN POLICY:
Regular priced merchandise may be returned within 3 days of purchase with receipt and original tags attached for EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT or REFUND. After 3 days store credit or exchanges only. No returns after 14 days. SALES ARE FINAL on all jewelry and lingerie.
SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE
A STORE CREDIT adjustment will be given in the event of an in-store sales promotion. Original purchase must be within 10 days.
Extended Holiday Return Policy:
Gift Purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas:
We gladly accept Holiday gift returns WITH GIFT RECEIPT for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY until January 10th provided all tags are attached, item is unworn and unwashed. Discounted merchandise, Glassybaby and accessories are excluded.
Online return policy:
Web orders are eligible for a refund to store credit if returned to our Online Returns Department within 14 days of purchase and meets below requirements.
The article must be unworn and tags still attached.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.
All jewelry, lingerie, Glassybaby and sales or clearance merchandise is FINAL SALE.
- Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. A $15 shoebox fee will be imposed if footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox, or without the original shoebox.
- All sale/promotional items are non-refundable, ie Cyber Monday, etc. This applies to regular priced merchandise purchased with a promotional code at checkout.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
If your return arrives at Essentials on Park Lane within the timeline specified above, your refund will be processed to store credit within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account.
